Welcome to Paperless! These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your use of our website, platform, and digital invitation services. By accessing or using Paperless, you agree to be bound by these Terms. If you do not agree, please do not use our services.
You must be at least 18 years old to use our services. By using Paperless, you represent and warrant that you have the legal capacity to enter into these Terms.
To create invitations or manage events, you may need to register an account. You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your login credentials and for all activities under your account. You agree to provide accurate and complete information.
Paperless grants you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable license to access and use our platform for personal or commercial event planning, subject to these Terms. You may not:
You retain all ownership rights to the content you upload (e.g., text, images, music). By submitting content, you grant Paperless a worldwide, royalty-free license to host, store, and display your content solely to provide the services to you. You represent that your content does not infringe any third-party rights.
Certain features may require payment. All fees are non-refundable except as required by law or as explicitly stated. We use third-party payment processors; we do not store your payment details. You agree to pay all charges incurred.
You may cancel your account at any time. We may suspend or terminate your access if you violate these Terms or if required by law. Upon termination, your content may be deleted from our servers.
The Paperless platform, including its design, templates, code, and branding, is owned by Paperless and protected by copyright and other intellectual property laws. You may not use our trademarks without prior written consent.
Our services are provided "as is" and "as available" without warranties of any kind, either express or implied. We do not guarantee that the service will be uninterrupted, error-free, or secure.
To the maximum extent permitted by law, Paperless shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising out of or relating to your use of the service. Our total liability shall not exceed the amount you paid us in the past 12 months.
You agree to indemnify and hold harmless Paperless and its founders, affiliates, and employees from any claims, damages, or expenses arising from your use of the service or violation of these Terms.
These Terms shall be governed by the laws of Lebanon, without regard to its conflict of laws principles. Any disputes shall be resolved in the courts of Beirut.
We may update these Terms from time to time. We will notify you of significant changes by posting the new Terms on this page with an updated effective date. Continued use constitutes acceptance.
